Very serious Moment / Filming
Unfortunately, this had to become a dire moment, it is to my knowledge that the information I provide today is both good and bad. Our scheduling is still terrible, I know we had stated that it was confirmed and finalized, but I guess that the seal breaks at times of great negligence, if we just the fact that a day before filming at the location we reserved, I had to leave town for personal reasons, and for no apparent reason I wasn't told this until the day before. But enough about the funny incidents, we decided to come up with a great solution that can basically solve this entire scheme of a problem. VFX and CGI, we're already using it, so why not use it more now? Well, the problem is that we can 100% use it more, but it'll make a lot more work to be done, and a lot more work = not very funny, this is a simple quote that many of the world's greatest geniuses use in order to show their great stresses to the world. CGI & VFX are extremely hard things to do correctly, sure you can stamp something into a video, and then bada bing bada boom you got CGI, but it's not good, you need proper lighting and proper effects to properly represent the character being inside of this fake environment, and VFX ontop of this is also really hard to represent, a lot of factors matter, like size, speed, brightness, texture, interaction with the environment, collision, movement, a lot of factors. But you know us, I think, Maybe... we can go a little further into our adventure, but sometimes you can always fall down, so we won't spend 100+ hours perfecting this video, and we'll simply just make them look good, not AMAZING, but good, that's the master plan and it is what we believe to be a good compromise.
Now onto the actual filming, we plan to use our separate selves in separate videos and just edit them together, it might take a day or two to have the video perfectly cut out and to have every piece of footage that contains a real-world character to be finished and perfectly usable within the parameters of the preferred factors. So I my self & my fabulous teammate Issac plan to record ourselves to certain characters that we've assigned to each other, for example, I will take on the role of a security guard as he has a lot of solo scenes and I have a green screen where I can edit the imperfections frame by frame, so I tend to get one where there is a lot of usage of these scenes, it just makes my life easier knowing that I can use something too in order to simplify the amount of work to do. So we started our filming, I did my parts of the filming which included all of the security guard scenes, and Issac did all of the scenes where the child takes place, aka the sister of the security guard. But obviously, we don't have any feminist characters in our cast, so we decided to either swap the character's gender so it makes more sense or just comedically put on a wig and send it, what could go wrong? Nearing the final scene of the film, we can do a couple things since we haven't decided how to act yet, or if we can do anything about the cast, of course, this would be the scene of the children standing around the security guard. If you can tell me a way I can legally get 5 children to act in front of a green screen, then run away, and without the factor of them bullying us to tears, remembering the moral of the story is that children are cruel. But I don't think we can find 5 children that aren't either a bully or one that completely just does not care.
So our choices are to either completely cut that scene and not the other scene that we wanted to cut, why? Well because of budget cuts, it's been bad, so our video budget is within the range of 1 minute and 15 seconds (1:15:00) Long, so we can't surpass that limit, or else our profits will plummet, the world will burn, and the moon with crash into Saturn. So we must stay within our limits or else bad things happen... ANYWAYS we plan to use these shots inside a virtual CGI environment if I haven't already stated the obvious, but we will the original and Royalty-free supported models that allow us to immerse ourselves in a better environment, well we will a hundred percent credit those whose models and creations we used, I've talked to the creators, and they all support the fact that it's free to use, but they want to be credited. For the rest of this funny blog, we will personally discuss what scenes we will take away from the project, and what scenes will stay, but we will probably categorize it by the most important event that takes place in the film and just keep those. So, for now, peace out legends, we'll see you in the next blog which I presume is going to be about me crying over the massive amount of new information I'll need to learn because normally I just do it, but this time I have to do so much more that I've never done before with CGI,. The new software I'm using is similar to my old one but it's not similar at all, I've decided to change it
because it's more user-friendly and actually good, I'm using Cinema 4D at the current moment. OK SORRY FOR THE HOLD UP, peace out legends.
